The terms that apply when you book a session, package, course, or talk with us.

Coaching provided by Classical Wisdom Life Coaching draws on philosophy and wisdom literature to support reflection, decision-making and personal development. It is not therapy, counselling, psychology, or medical or psychiatric treatment, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified health professional or emergency services.
Coaching outcomes depend on your own engagement and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results, decisions, or life outcomes from any session, package, or course.
All coaching relationships begin with a free discovery call. Sessions, packages, courses and retainers described on this site are booked following that conversation, and confirmed by us in writing (email).
Current pricing is listed on our Services page and is subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that booking. Payment is currently arranged by invoice, payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Coaching packages and courses may require payment, or partial payment, in advance of the first session.
We understand plans change. For single sessions, deep sessions, and package sessions:
What you share in coaching sessions is treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person.
Materials provided during talks, workshops, and courses (slides, handouts, exercises) remain the intellectual property of Classical Wisdom Life Coaching and are provided for your personal use only, not for redistribution or commercial use, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classical Wisdom Life Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from decisions made following coaching, talks, workshops, or courses. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
